How we work

Our method, in writing.

This is how we run every project, from the first meeting to the maintenance contract. You can copy it into your supplier selection file.

The 7 steps of a project

The rules we follow on every project

  • One person in charge. One TNE engineer follows your project from start to finish, and you have their number.
  • A clear quote. Each line shows the model, quantity, price and delivery time. No “miscellaneous” lines.
  • Problems reported early. A delivery delay or a problem on site is reported to you the day we see it.
  • Your system belongs to you. You get all passwords and documents. You never depend on us to understand how your network works.
  • International standards. We follow current cabling standards and security good practice, and manage projects using PMI methods.
