About

A Guinean company with the methods of an international operator.

TNE started from a simple fact: in Conakry, organisations buy equipment from one supplier, have it installed by a second, and look for a third when everything breaks down. We built a company that takes responsibility for the whole job, from audit to maintenance.

The founder

Mamadi Kaba, founder and managing director

Mamadi Kaba is a telecommunications engineer with over 10 years of experience in IT and telecoms. He has worked for UNDP, Huawei and MTN Guinea.

His field: LTE and 5G mobile networks, fibre optics, microwave links and quality of service. He learned to keep networks running in difficult conditions, and he brings that experience to every TNE client.

  • Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering, Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU)
  • PMP certification (Project Management Professional), Project Management Institute
  • Routing and switching skills at CCNA and CCNP level

What guides us, in practice

  • Reliability. What we install must work on Monday morning, in the rainy season and after a power cut.
  • Rigour. Every project leaves a record: diagram, IP plan, acceptance report. Another engineer must be able to take over our work.
  • Transparency. Detailed quotes, real delivery times, problems reported as soon as we see them. We would rather lose a deal than promise a deadline we cannot meet.
  • Long-term commitment. Go-live is not the end of the project. We stay reachable and we know the history of every installation.

Where we are going

Our goal: within five years, to be the West African company trusted with IT systems that must not fail, first in Guinea, then across the region.
