Commercial terms
- Quotes valid for 30 days.
- Prices in Guinean francs or US dollars.
- Payment by bank transfer, Mobile Money or bank card.
- Imported equipment: 50% with the order, balance on delivery. Licences: paid with the order. NGOs, agencies and public tenders: terms set by your procedures.
- Services: invoiced on a schedule set in the contract. Invoice questions: facturation@tne-africa.com.
- Invoices comply with Guinean rules and can include the details your donors require.
How to send a request for quotation
Send your RFQ, tender documents or equipment list to devis@tne-africa.com. Tell us the deadline and the format you need. We confirm receipt within one business day and reply in English or French, in your format.
